Online processing of IOFs

The filing of IOFs processed by legal entities must be done electronically. The form of submission of documentation for individuals must be carried out, preferably, electronically. A manual for the electronic filing of IOFs is available at your disposal.

The resolution approving forest management instruments submitted electronically is notified through the eNotum platform , together with which the approval report, the economic balance sheet and the conditions for execution are sent.

The submission of the resolution does not include the Technical Plan for Forest Management and Improvement, Simple Forest Management Plan or Joint Technical Plan for Forest Management and Improvement (as the case may be), nor the cartography and associated annexes (annex for the calculation of uses, annex for inventory and technical sheets for the construction of roads, breaks and transformation into pasture, if applicable).

In order for the property to have the approved forest management instrument, it is necessary to access the Virtual Procedures Office of the Generalitat de Catalunya and download it (it will be located in your Private Area). This is the platform with which the owner and/or the engineering team drafting the forest management instrument has initiated the procedure and through which all the documentation required in the procedure has been submitted to the Forest Property Centre.
